Yes — small parcels (under 1ft³). Larger items: contact us first; sometimes we can hold for 24 hours. PR boxes from beauty / fashion brands routinely come through here.
What about my fans mailing me?
Fan mail is fine — comes to your box. We don't open it (per Form 1583 requirements). You decide what to do with it on pickup or forwarding.
Privacy concerns — can a fan look up the address?
The address shows up if someone Googles it, but it's a real LA mailing address with no negative associations — many of our creators list it on their bio pages without concern.
