The fine print
Policies
We hold packages free for 3 days from delivery. After that, tiered per-day storage fees apply (starting at $6.50/day — full schedule in our Terms), and long-held items may be returned or forwarded at your expense.
Anything over 32 oz or with any side > 18″ counts as oversized. We accept up to 70 lbs / 30″ on the longest side. Items over that need pickup within 48 hours of notification.
USPS-authorized CMRA (Form 1583 on file for every customer). Quarterly customer-record certification retained per DMM 508.1.8 + CA B&P §17538.5.
No fee within 3 days of the due date (the late payment is noted on your receipt). $20 for days 4–6, $30 for days 7–10. After 10 days the $30 fee applies and the box number may have to change (reassignment fees may apply).
Cancel anytime. Pre-paid terms are pro-rated and refunded to the wallet within 1 business day. Boxes closed in good standing: mail held 30 days after closure, forwarding available (shipping & handling billed to you); after 30 days mail is returned to sender or securely destroyed.
