The fine print
Policies
Package storage is $2 per completed 24-hour day from arrival. Handling fees are separate and never exceed $35 per package. Long-held items may be returned or forwarded at your expense.
Anything over 18″ on any side or over 20 lbs counts as oversized, and carries a $6.50 oversized intake fee. Items 24″ or larger, or 40 lbs or heavier, need custom handling, capped at $35 per package, and may be refused for space reasons — see our Terms.
USPS-authorized CMRA (Form 1583 on file for every customer). Quarterly customer-record certification retained per DMM 508.1.8 + CA B&P §17538.5.
No fee within 3 days of the due date (the late payment is noted on your receipt). $20 for days 4–6, $30 for days 7–10. After 10 days the $30 fee applies and the box number may have to change (reassignment fees may apply).
Cancel anytime. Pre-paid terms are pro-rated and refunded to the wallet within 1 business day. USPS rules require us to handle mail for a former customer for six months after closure. It is kept apart from active mail (never in your former box) for $10 / month, and forwarding is actual postage plus a $10 service fee per shipment. Post-closure mail is not scanned. After the period ends we may stop accepting or remailing your mail. If you still expect mail at your NOHO address, converting to a Virtual Mailbox keeps your service active instead.
