Should I S-corp elect my LLC?
Generally yes once net consulting income exceeds ~$80k-$100k — the self-employment-tax savings start to outweigh the payroll-processing overhead. Below that, default LLC pass-through is simpler.
Can I deduct your service as a business expense?
