Anonymous LLC?
California does NOT support anonymous LLCs (member names appear on public filings). For anonymity, register the LLC in Wyoming or New Mexico, then have it own the property. Our address still works as the registered-agent address.
Can I use this address for property recording?
The county records the LLC address as listed in the formation documents. If you list our address on the LLC, that’s what shows up on county records — not your home.
