Taken from your wallet when you pick it up. One package is $1, three packages are $3.
There isn't one, and there's nothing to renew.
A first top-up of at least $10. That's credit you spend on your own packages — it isn't a fee, and there's no balance you have to keep up afterwards.
After that our standard storage rates start. The full schedule is on our pricing page.
Oversized packages, long-stay storage and the other package charges work exactly the same way they do for our mailbox customers. They’re all listed on our fees page.
Which carriers
We can’t accept USPS.
That includes packages where USPS carries the last leg even though the label says UPS or FedEx — UPS SurePost and FedEx Ground Economy, for instance, and Amazon parcels a postal carrier brings to the door. Receiving USPS mail on your behalf needs a mailbox of your own and a signed USPS Form 1583. Those start at $9.99 a month.
How it works
Sign up and come see us
It takes a minute online. Then bring two acceptable IDs to the counter — at least one with a photo — so we know who we're handing parcels to. We have to see them in person; uploading a photo of them helps us get ahead but doesn't finish it.
Put $10 in your wallet
We'll send you a Square payment link — we never ask you to type card details into our site. That $10 is yours to spend on your own packages.
Have things sent to your own name
Your name, 5062 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601. Use your name exactly as it's on your account — that's how we match a package to you. There's no box number, and you shouldn't add one.
We'll email you the day it lands
You'll get the sender, the carrier, a photo of the outside, and when to collect it by. Come to the counter, we'll check your ID, and $1 comes out of your wallet as it goes out the door.
What Package Pass isn’t
- It isn't a mailbox rental, and it isn't a mailing address. You can't register a business to it or put it on legal paperwork.
- It doesn't include USPS mail service of any kind.
- It doesn't enroll you as a CMRA customer, and there's no USPS Form 1583 involved.
- There's no box number. Packages come addressed to your own name.
