Moving your store from another system
Our own store's customer list started in a spreadsheet, and we brought it into our software ourselves. We haven't moved another store yet — the software is in early access. Tell us what you use today and we'll plan the move with you before you commit to anything.
What a move would involve

Step 1
Your customer list
Names, contact details, box numbers, plans and due dates — from your current system's export or from a spreadsheet.
Step 2
Form 1583s and IDs
The records you already keep for each customer, so the CMRA roster is complete from the start and anything missing shows up right away.
Step 3
Your own accounts
Your Square account for payments and your Shippo account for labels, connected to the software. Your customers keep paying you directly.
Step 4
Time to overlap
You decide when to switch. Nothing makes you turn off your current system before you're comfortable.
