Mailbox store software in Mexico: not yet
The software we run our North Hollywood store on is in early access for mailbox stores in the US. It isn't available in Mexico yet. If you run a store there, tell us — it helps us decide where to go next.
Why not yet
The software is built around US rules — USPS Form 1583 and the CMRA roster — and US shipping through Shippo. That's what runs our own store in North Hollywood, and it's where we're starting with other stores.
A store in Mexico works under Mexican postal and customs rules, with Mexican carriers, and bills in pesos. None of that is built.
Questions
Can I use the software in Mexico today?
No. It's in early access for mailbox stores in the US only.
Does it work with Mexican carriers?
No. Shipping labels go through Shippo, which we use for US shipping only.
Is it available in Spanish?
Customer pages come in English, Spanish and Russian. Other languages aren't available.
