Mailbox store software in the United Kingdom: not yet
The software we run our North Hollywood store on is in early access for mailbox stores in the US. It isn't available in the United Kingdom yet. If you run a store there, tell us — it helps us decide where to go next.
Why not yet
The software is built around US rules — USPS Form 1583 and the CMRA roster — and US shipping through Shippo. That's what runs our own store in North Hollywood, and it's where we're starting with other stores.
Receiving mail for other people in the UK works under UK rules, not USPS Form 1583, and UK customers pay in pounds. None of that is built.
Questions
Can I use the software in the UK today?
No. It's in early access for mailbox stores in the US only.
Does it work with Royal Mail or UK carriers?
No. Shipping labels go through Shippo, which we use for US shipping only.
What languages does it come in?
Customer pages come in English, Spanish and Russian. Other languages aren't available.
