Is this a real street address?
Yes. 5062 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601 is a USPS-authorized Commercial Mail Receiving Agency — a real building with a real counter. You get the street address plus your own private mailbox number, and every carrier delivers here (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon). Most banks and agencies accept it; a few set their own rules.
Do I need to come into the store?
Once, briefly. You can prepare USPS Form 1583 and upload your two IDs from the dashboard, but the signature and ID check happen in person at our counter — federal mail rules, plus we like meeting you. It takes about ten minutes.
What happens to my packages?
We accept packages from every carrier. You can have them forwarded to any address (we'll quote postage), held for pickup, or — if you ever visit LA — picked up in-store. Packages are stored free for 3 days; after that a tiered daily storage fee applies (from $6.50/day — full schedule in our Terms).
Can I cancel?
Yes — anytime, no penalty. We pro-rate the unused portion back to your wallet, usually within a business day. You have 30 days after cancellation to forward or pick up any remaining mail.
How is this different from the physical mailbox plans?
Physical (Basic / Business / Premium) plans give you a key, a suite number, and in-store pickup access. Virtual is fully digital — same address, no key, everything happens through the dashboard. Pick the physical tier if you live in NoHo and like collecting your own mail; pick virtual if you live anywhere else or want to skip the trip.
